Biblical Violence


For 2026, the Biblical Violence research group has invited papers which offer fresh hermeneutical approaches to violence found within apocalyptic/ eschatological texts in the New Testament. We will be discussing a text or texts from: the gospels, the Pauline corpus, and the catholic epistles.
