This is a full-time, Administrative faculty position. Faculty rank may be assigned at a level commensurate with professional experience.
The Dean provides visionary and administrative leadership for all academic and formational programs of the Seminary. This role oversees faculty and academic staff; the design, implementation, and assessment of curricular and academic policies; and the supervision of student life and field education. The Dean plays a key role on the Seminary’s Leadership Team, contributing to strategic planning, institutional effectiveness, and partnerships with churches and networks to advance the Seminary’s mission to form women and men for faithful Christian ministry.
